Week 2
This week we introduced some lessons and more structure. We read the story We are all different, they explored themselves using mirrors; seeing their faces and body parts and had a go at matching strips of their photo to create themselves.
In maths the children looked at different colours through paint exploration, using their hands to touch the paint and visuals to identify the colours.
In phonics we listened to some animal sounds and used visuals to identify what animals makes that sound.
We introduced the playdough this week, letting the children manipulate it in different ways. We also went onto the bogger Reception playground to explore for our outdoor learning.
