Week 5

To know that God made me.

This week we recapped the Creation story, reminding ourselves that we are one of God’s creations. We learnt that he made each of us and we are all special and good. 

The children could choose to draw a self portrait - making sure they noticed all of their facial features, hair and skin colour that made them who they are. They also coloured their name, learning that their name is special to them, even if we have the same name as someone else, it is still part of what makes us special.
