Week 2

Learning the sign of the cross. ~Understanding why we pray.

This week in RE we learnt how to do the sign of the cross along with saying 'In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen. We spoke about it being a special time for us to talk to God and that it should be a quiet time to think. The children coloured crosses to remind ourselves of the sign of the cross. The children have been trying really hard to practise the prayers and join in with the words they know.
