Week 4 Families, families, families

This week we read the story Families, families, families, we looked at some family photos and spoke about the people we live with at home. Children had the opportunity to draw their family in a house outline. Some children chose to create their family members in other areas of the class. In maths, the children had a go at sorting out some different objects, at first they sorted by colour but then could have a go at sorting another way. 

In PE we practised our listening skills and colours. The children moved around the hall to music and when the music stopped, which ever colour was said, they had to run to. They were very good and very quick!
