We are all different
This week we read the book We are all different. We spoke about what similarities and differences we have, what colour hair or eyes we have. We spoke about our favourite foods and toys - some like the same and some like different. The children stuck their faces back together like a jigsaw puzzle and made playdough faces using buttons and counters.
In maths we looked at some colours, identifying them and finding objects in the classroom that are the same colour. They also matched up socks into pairs - checking they're the same.
In our outdoor learning, we collected some of our favourite things and created mini collages on sticky paper.
