Week 1 Settling in

This week we have been settling in to our new nursery class. The children have been very busy exploring the environment and making new friendships. They have been practising their listening skills by sitting on the carpet and listening to stories. Together we have been singing some number rhymes to help us with our counting and number names. We have created a new sensory space in our classroom, that the children have enjoyed accessing as well as using the front garden to play and run around. We had some big boxes from a delivery and the children loved climbing inside, hiding and playing.
