Week 2 Our environment

This week we have been continuing to explore the environment, talking and practising with how we play with toys and what we do when we're finished playing. We spoke about what good choices we should do at school and bad choices that we do not want at school - there were some great things on both lists. In maths, the children did some counting, using their fingers to support themselves. They sung songs with numbers in like 5 speckled frogs and 5 little ducks. ~We didn't have a formal PE lesson but we did do some action songs, practising our listening and copying skills. In phonics we carefully sat and listened to some sounds, guessing what we thought they were.
