Tadpole's promise

This page week we read Tadpole's promise, we looked at the life cycle of a frog and recalled the life cycle of a butterfly from previous weeks. The children explored hands on a make shift pond with frog spawn and frogs. They cut and stick the order from a tadpole to frog. 

In maths we looked at height, finding things that are tall as well as things that are short. We then all lined up in class height order to see who was the tallest and who was the shortest.

In phonics, the children created paper trumpets to make different noises, they had lots of fun using these throughout the rest of the day.
