Week 10

Hear: Jesus died on a cross. It is a sad time. Hear: Love God and love everyone (Great commandment)

This week we began the Easter Story. We read up to Jesus dying on the cross and thought about it being a sad time. We thought about Jesus being arrested and how the people felt about him. It made us think about how we should treat people - to love God and love everyone. The children made crosses using lolly sticks and real sticks to represent Jesus on the cross, and made palm branches to wave to Jesus.
