Harry and the bucketful of dinosaurs
This week we read Harry and the bucketful of dinosaurs. We identified the different types of dinosaurs in the story and what our favourite toy at home is. The children got to create their own paper plate dinosaurs and look at their different footprints.
In maths we looked at the composition of number 4, seeing how many ways could make it. We used 5 frames and counters of different colours to see the ways we could create 4.
In forest school we explored the areas, showing our new additions to the class how we play in forest school and where the boundaries are.
