The tiny seed

This week we read The Tiny seed, we discussed what a seed needs to be able to grow, looking at the life cycle of a plant. The children explored soils and different seeds and practised planting them. 

In maths, we read Rosie's walk, we recalled some positional language and where they are. The children got themselves into different positions around the class and said where they were.
