The foggy foggy forest

This week we read The foggy foggy forest, we guessed what the shadows were hiding in the fog and listened carefully to the rhyming words. Afterwards the children got to cut and create their own shadows and used torches to see them. We also stood outside and drew around our friends shadows and animal shadows.

In maths, we looked at more than and fewer than, we counted 1-5 and talked about which number is more than and fewer than others.

In forest school, the children found ingredients in the forest to create a potion. There was a variety of potions and what they do - we turned into frogs, butterflies and even cats.
