Week 11 Islam

This week we learnt about the Faith Islam. We recognised that most of us are Catholics and follow Christianity, however a few children are Muslim and follow Islam. We heard about some key things about being a Muslim, going to a Mosque, using a prayer mat, believing in Allah and some traditional dress. The children got to explore a prayer mat and some traditional dress as well as colour and design their own prayer mat and colour a Mosque.
