Week 8 Jesus

To explore a range of pictures of Jesus from a non-European tradition.

This week we had a think about what Jesus looks like, the children came up with what they think he looks like - his skin and hair colour, the clothes he wears, if he has facial hair or not. We looked at 3 representations of Jesus and what was different about them. We discussed that where he was from and how long ago it was we do not know what he looked like exactly. The children then drew a picture of what they thought Jesus looked like.
