Week 4 Errol's garden
This week we read the story of Errol's garden, we talked about what sort of building Errol lived in as well as his different friends and family. We explored some different fruits and vegetables, talking about their colours and if they were hard or soft. We also used these for some printing.
In maths we looked at 3d shapes, how they have faces of 2d shapes an similarities but are 3d and not 2d. The children tried to recreate the shapes from playdough and cut and sticking. They also tried to find shapes in the environment that are 3d.
