Rainbow - Week 11 - Holidays in the Past

We have had lots of fun this week as it has been Sports Week. Year 5 created some activities for us to take part in on the field, and we also did a drama workshop all about the Olympics. 

Our topic has been thinking about holidays in the past, and how they have changed.

We have also been learning about lighthouses. We made some wonderful light houses in the classroom, then attempted to make some in the forest too.

In Maths we recapped doubles, looking at 5 and a bit more numbers, one more and one less, and finding a missing number.

Drawing Club has been on Hansel and Gretel. We enjoyed drawing our houses made of our favourite sweets. 

In RE, we have been thinking about different religious buildings.
