Sunshine Week 9 - Oliver's Vegetables

This week is Science Week so we will be doing lots of different science activities:-

A smell investigation

Eating a rainbow

Growing seeds and vegetable scraps

Making potions (Forest School)

Watching our beans grow

Our week is based around two books, Oliver's Vegetables and Handa's Surprise.

Our Drawing Club is based on an adventure from the past - Popeye. This week we have started writing on lines and the children are doing very well.

In maths we continue to consolidate the composition of numbers. Thinking about different ways to make numbers up to 7. 

In Religious Education we will be beginning to think about Jesus's journey through Easter.
