Week 11 & 12 - Oi Frog, Tadpole's Promise and Easter

In Week 11 we are continue to think about Spring and we will be learning about the life cycle of a frog. We will returning to Stream Woods with our Buddies to see how the woods change over the seasons. 

On Monday we had a Fab Science workshop and we all had a go at some of the experiments. It was lots of fun.

In maths we are focusing on composition and will be sorting objects using different criteria. 

in Religious Education we will learn about Mothering Sunday and the Easter Story,

In Week 12 we are continuing to think about the frog lifecycle. Our topic book is Tadpole's Promise, a book full of surprises!

Our Drawing Club book is Jack and the Beanstalk which the children are very pleased to revisit.

Our maths this week is 3D shapes and repeating patterns. We will be learning the names of the shapes and talk about flat faces and curved surfaces.

In Religious Education we will focus on the story of Jesus and death and his resurrection.

We will be making Easter nests and all sorts of fun Easter activities and crafts.
