Week 13 and 14 - The Nativity
For the final two weeks of the Autumn Term we will be very busy with Christmas things.
Our topic book is The Nativity, we will be reading lots of Nativity stories, talking about them, ordering them and acting them out.
Our Drawing Club is a tale from the past this week - Batfink, next week it is the beautiful story of the Christmas pine.
On Monday we had the pleasure of watching the Year 2 Nativity Play. It was excellent and Sunshine Class really enjoyed it, especially the songs.
In maths we are learning about space and measure. We will be comparing size, height, mass and capacity.
We will be carrying on with lots of Christmas crafts and hopefully we will have an extra special treat in Forest School.
