Week 3 - My Mum

This week we have started to learn  the Phase 2 sounds s, a and t. The children have learnt actions to go with the sounds and are learning how to form the letters correctly. Phonics homework will be posted on Google Classroom on Friday morning.

In Religious Education we have been continuing to learn about creation, how God created the world in seven days.

In maths we have been subitising (knowing how many without counting) 1,2 and 3. We have also been making patterns of 3 with counters. We are learning how to use our fingers to show the different amounts.

We have been practicing for our Welcome Assembly on Thursday morning. We hope that you are able to join us.

We have been thinking about mum's all week,  We have been drawing pictures of our mums. The children have told us all about how wonderful you are.
