Week 6 - The Rainbow Fish

This week we will be reading The Rainbow Fish and focusing on what makes a good friend. We will make friendship bracelets / necklaces to give to children in our class.

We are continuing to paint our self portraits as well as having a go at drawing the different pumpkins and squashes that we have in class.

In P.E. we had balls today. The children found it very difficult to keep the balls safely in their hands while they were listening to instructions.

In Religious Education we are learning about St Philip Howard as Friday is St Philip Howard Feast Day. We will be attending our first Mass in school.

Our Drawing Club is based on the story of Chicken Licken (and that very cunning fox!). And in phonics we are learning g and o.

In Maths we will continue to subitise numbers 1-4. Now would be a great time to start the children on Numbots if you have not already.
